Dale Cheesman is the founder and Director of The Melbourne Builder & Co., having established the business in 2010 and grown it from a small carpentry operation into a respected construction company delivering high-end residential and architecturally driven projects across Melbourne. With over two decades of experience in the building industry, Dale brings a hands-on and collaborative approach to leadership, combining practical construction knowledge with strong client relationships, clear communication and a deep understanding of architectural delivery.
A Registered Domestic Builder (Unlimited) and Gold Master Builder member, Dale is recognised for his calm and solutions-focused mindset, working closely with architects, consultants, trades and clients to guide projects from concept through to completion with clarity and care. Known for building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative project environment, Dale believes the best outcomes come from transparency, momentum and genuine teamwork throughout the construction process. Under his leadership, TMB has built a reputation for delivering thoughtfully executed homes defined by quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and a commitment to doing things properly.
