Steve brings close to 20 years of experience across high-end residential construction, with a career that has progressed from labouring and carpentry through to senior project management and end-to-end project delivery.
His hands-on background provides a strong technical understanding of construction at every stage, from early planning and procurement through to on-site execution and project completion. Throughout his career at VCON, Steve has delivered a range of complex architectural homes and large-scale renovations, including projects valued up to $22.5 million.
Having collaborated with leading architects and designers including Carr Design, Rob Mills, Taylor Pressly and MIM Design, Steve is recognised for his calm and collaborative approach, strong programme management and ability to deliver highly resolved projects with consistency and care.
A qualified carpenter and Registered Building Practitioner, Steven combines practical construction knowledge with clear communication and solutions focused project leadership, ensuring projects maintain momentum while protecting design intent and quality outcomes.
