Lachlan brings over 15 years of experience across high-end residential, multi-residential and commercial construction, with a strong background in sitemanagement, coordination and on-site delivery.
Having managed projects valued in excess of $100 million throughout his career,Lachlan has delivered a range of complex developments including luxuryresidences, architecturally detailed homes and large-scale apartment projectsvalued up to $42 million.
His experience spans all stages of construction, from early site establishment and programme coordination through to fit-off, defect management and handover giving him a practical and highly solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
With a strong carpentry background and Diploma in Building & Construction Management, Lachlan is recognised for his calm leadership, attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and programme momentum within demanding construction environments.
Known for being hands-on and proactive, he works closely with consultants, trades and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
