With over 20 years of experience in high-end residential construction, Mick Shaw plays a key leadership role within The Melbourne Builder & Co. overseeing contract administration and construction delivery across the business.
Having been with TMB for over six years, Mick has become an integral part of the company’s growth and delivery culture, known for his reliability, communication and ability to keep projects running smoothly from planning through to completion.
His experience spans carpentry, site management and senior operational roles, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the construction process at every level. Mick has delivered a range of architecturally driven homes across Melbourne, including complex projects in Toorak, Armadale, Camberwell and Albert Park, working alongside leading studios including Cera Stribley, Thomas Hamel and Nuru Jammeh.
Recognised for his organised and solutions-focused approach, Mick is highly skilled in procurement, programme coordination and trade management, ensuring projects maintain momentum while upholding quality and attention to detail throughout construction. With a calm and practical mindset, Mick works closely with clients, consultants and site teams to create a collaborative and well-managed building experience from start to finish.
